It's tough to sell a smartphone if you're not selling the smartphone. That tongue-twister refers to AT&T's HTC One VX, a mid-level Android smartphone that was supposed to have been released back on Nov. 16. Only, it wasn't. No sign of it on AT&T's website, and stores we've contacted seemed to have never heard of the thing. (We gave them a stern lecture about reading Android Central at least twice a day.)
The details surrounding the absence of the One VX still aren't entirely clear. AT&T plainly said that it was to launch alongside the One X+. One phone made, the other didn't. But an AT&T spokesperson today told us the carrier "expects to be fully stocked in all channels by Dec. 7."
So if after seeing our hands-on with the One VX you can't wait to get yours on one as well, you're going to need a little more patience. And hope this new date plays out.

Selena Gomez is in the business of making dreams come true. The 20-year-old starlet was approached to meet Frehley Gilmore, an adorable 10-year-old, who was diagnosed with stage 3-4 cancer, and she jumped at the opportunity to meet this fan.
The Make-A-Wish foundation asked Selena if she would travel to NYC to help make the surprise a reality. Selena headed over to the famous ice cream shop Serendipity, a fave of Selena?s, and walked into the restaurant where Frehley unknowingly sat talking to GMA host Josh Elliott.
?You know, me and my mom make a tradition every time we come to New York, which is a lot for my job, we always used to come here together, so it was my mom and daughter place,? Selena said of the meet-and-greet. ?It?s probably one of my favorite things that I do for my job. It makes me happy to come out and do this. I feel like I?m not doing enough.?
Frehley had brain surgery and had the tumor removed. She is currently cancer-free.

The U.S. Supreme Court today reversed course, and is allowing a challenge against the Obama health law by a religious school to go forward before a federal appeals court, signaling that the legal challenges against those reforms are by no means over.
This case involves Liberty University, a religious school in Virginia, which filed one of the first legal challeges against the Obama health reforms; the case had been thrown out by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court originally stood by that decision.
But five months after upholding most of the health law, the Supreme Court today allowed the Liberty challenge to go forward, remanding the case to the Fourth Circuit for hearing.
That case covers some very familiar ground, but also has some new items involved, like the issue of religious liberty, as the school charges "that the individual and employer mandates exceed Congress' delegated powers under Article I, ?8 of the Constitution, violate Petitioners' rights to free exercise of religion under the First Amendment."
Liberty is also specifically challenging the employer mandate, which has not been ruled on by the Supreme Court.
The Obama health law would penalize those businesses with more than 50 employees who don't offer health insurance to their full time workers.
Business groups say the employer mandate creates all kinds of new red tape for small businesses and even creates a Catch-22 where if the spouse of an employee loses his or her job and makes that family eligible for government medical subsidies, the business could be liable for fines dealing with its coverage.
All of that will now get sorted out before the Fourth Circuit, and one could see this issue getting back before the U.S. Supreme Court over the next two years.

Red Bull Racing have dismissed all the rumours which stated that their driver, Sebastian Vettel?s contract is until the end of 2016 Formula 1 season.
